David Belt Professional Development Center, located at 3819 Towne Crossing Blvd. The club actively engages in various initiatives, including assisting with sorting, labeling, and delivering books to Mesquite ISD first graders, and hosting the annual “Four Way Test” Speech Contest.
American Legion Post 504
Located at 130 East Main Street, American Legion Post 504 serves as a welcoming community for veterans and their families. The post is committed to supporting veterans’ well-being and actively participates in local events and charitable activities. With a fun and friendly atmosphere, Post 504 invites veterans to connect and engage with the community.
Mesquite Arts Council

Managing the Mesquite Arts Center, the council provides resources and funding for various arts programs, including music, drama, visual arts, and literary initiatives. The Arts Center features a 494-seat concert hall, a black box theater, galleries, and rehearsal spaces, serving as the cultural hub for Mesquite.
Hispanic Forum of Mesquite
Established in 2005, the Hispanic Forum of Mesquite focuses on addressing issues affecting the Hispanic community. The organization promotes awareness and understanding of available resources, provides leadership opportunities, and supports educational growth within the community. For over 50 years, Mesquite Social Services has been equipping and empowering households experiencing poverty in Mesquite and surrounding communities. Their programs include a food pantry, financial assistance with rent and utilities, GED programs, self-sufficiency workshops, and holiday programs. The organization serves Mesquite, Balch Springs, Seagoville, Sunnyvale, and Mesquite ISD families in Garland and Dallas.
